Custom Bat Works offers free ground shipping on any order exceeding $100. Orders not exceeding $100 will be charged as follows.

2nd Day Air - $24.99

Overnight Air -$34.99

 

Orders recieved before 3pm eastern time will normally be processed same business day. Otherwise the order will be processed the following business day. If there are any problems processing your order Custom Bat Works will notify you immediately.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return the item in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction. We'll refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped or defective merchandise. Please insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
